CoreSculptor

So, we have a beach house with some old college friends this summer. Very “Big Chill,” right? Except, I’ve still got winter weight hanging around my waist like a floppy belt. Ugh.
Then I decided to check out the CoreSculptor – of course, the core being all those muscles through the midsection that we never work on.
Ok, here’s the part where I sound like an infomercial. It actually helped! With just 8 exercises, 4 minutes a day, it worked all of my core muscles - including upper and lower abs, obliques, upper and lower back muscles, and the gluteus maximus (butt). I know because they all hurt – in a good way – and I actually felt stronger and tighter after a few weeks.
And once my tighter midsection started to make my arms look scrawny, I added the optional curl bar for an upper body workout at the same time.
I just started, CoreSculptor intermediate and advanced core work, you can increase resistance and repetitions and add additional exercises. An intermediate workout would be 6-8 minutes, and an advanced core workout would be 15 minutes. The cardio/full body workout is 30 minutes and can be done 2-3 times per week, according to their site.
All that, for just $59.90 (and switching to light beer). It even comes with a DVD instead of one of those folded up workout posters.
