Bun And Thigh Roller

Cottage cheese should be eaten, not seen while you’re walking down the street. This is why I was all over this thing when I saw it on TV. The motion it uses is based on that big ball they use in Pilates, for stretching the back muscles.
When the Bun and Thigh Roller showed up looking like some “Jetsons” style rocking chair, I was skeptical. My husband just flat-out laughed until I told him if he kept it up, he’d miss out on the “end” result.
But even after that first workout, it was as if someone had poured cement into my legs and butt. There’s a resistance band inside, and it challenges your muscles, making them stronger, tighter and more toned while minimizing impact to your knees and back. The padded back and headrest provide a comfortable workout that doesn’t feel like work. And the Bun & Thigh Roller adjusts to your height, so it fits anybody.
I’m not lazy, either, but I was glad it was easy to use, since these machines are always so complicated compared to what you see on TV. And by using different combinations of the resistance bands, the Bun & Thigh Roller provides eight levels of difficulty, so it’s great for a total beginner or a serious athlete.
Five minutes a day while the kids eat their breakfast, and I’ve already got a butt that gets the RIGHT kind of attention!
